This third solo album from Ronan, released in 2003, was hailed for its more mature tone and vocals. With the majority of its tracks co-written by Ronan, Turn it On spawned a huge hit in the form of the beautiful duet with LeAnn Rimes, ‘Last Thing On My Mind’ which charted in the Top Ten in both the UK and US.

While Ronan co-wrote ten of the tracks on Turn It On, his cover of the heart-rending Terence Trent D’Arby ballad, ‘Let Her Down Easy’, has proved an enduring hit with fans. Ronan also co-wrote the album’s title track and ‘She Gets Inside Me’ with another well-known vocalist, Ricky Ross of Deacon Blue fame.
