From the Source

A live recording with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, featuring tracks from the hugely successful Bat Out Of Hell trilogy of albums.

During his successful 2004 tour of Australia, Meat Loaf recorded a live concert backed by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the album features seven tracks off the original Bat Out Of Hell album which was originally released in 1977.

The concept of the album actually works really well. The mix of Meatloaf’s operatic vocal style and the power of a full symphony orchestra is an experience that needs to be heard. The original arrangement of the songs sound like they were written to be performed with an orchestra.
