02. Entry Period: The Contest starts at 12pm GMT on 21ST November 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 22nd December 2011.
03. How To Enter: Visit any of the product pages on any of our stores at www.store.universal-music.co.uk , by tweeting and sharing the product you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win the product you tweeted. Entrants are limited to 5 tweets per user,per day, if this limit is exceeded, only the first 5 tweets with the hash tag #TTIFC per user, per day will be included in the draw. Each tweet constitutes a single entry. All terms and conditions of Twitter.com apply. Products which are no longer available will not be included in this promotion. Tweets will be invalid if they do not include the hash tag #TTIFC.
04. Drawing: All entries with the hash tag #TTIFC are exported from Twitter daily for the duration of the competition and stored. After the Entry Period, Universal Music will randomly select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, the product you have re-tweed will be your prize if you are successfully chosen from the draw. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.
05. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Potential winners will be announced via Twitter on the 4th January 2012. Universal Music Ltd will also send each potential winner a direct message from Universal Music to the potential winner’s Twitter account used to enter the competition with instructions on how to claim the prize.
06. Prizes (3): Each winner will receive the actual product they tweeted, if the entrant has tweeted other products, they have no right to claim the other products as a prize. No cash value will be offered as an alternative.
07. Eligibility: Employees Universal Music Ltd or other companies associated with the Contest as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.
08. The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
09. The competition is open to all customers Worldwide.
10. The competition only applies to items shared on Twitter.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
