Rufus Wainwright Ticket Pre-sale Terms and Conditions

This offer is open to customers of Universal Music stores.

For each copy of ‘Out of the Game’ by Rufus Wainwright pre-ordered between Tuesday 31st January 2012 and 0900hrs Monday 26th March 2012, you will be entitled to apply for advanced pre-sale tickets for forthcoming 2012 UK shows (dates to be announced).

When you purchase the pre-order album from the official Universal Music store, you will qualify to be sent an email with an access code and a link to the Rufus Wainwright presale offer page on the Artist Ticket website, where you will be able to purchase tickets before they are on general sale.

The email will be sent you from artistticket.com and will not be sent to you before Tuesday 27th March 2012.

Details of the offer will be displayed on the Rufus Wainwright pre-sale offer page on the Artist Ticket site, which you can access via the link in the email you will be sent.

The pre-sale will be available for a limited period of time. Each access code will be valid for a maximum of 2 tickets overall (not per show) which must be purchased in the same order. You cannot make multiple orders under the same household. Orders exceeding the limit may be cancelled without notice at the discretion of Artist Ticket

Should you cancel your pre-order with Universal Music, your access to the presale, and any booking you may have made, will become void.

Universal Music cannot guarantee availability of tickets. If tickets become unavailable for any reason (for example, if the presale allocation is sold out) then Universal Music reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

If you wish to apply for presale tickets without purchasing the album, please send a self addressed envelope or postcard with your name, address & email address to Polydor Records, 364-366 Kensington High Street, London, W14 8NS, United Kingdom. This offer is available for a limited time only and Universal Music cannot guarantee that any postal application will be processed within the necessary timeframe.
