As part of our ongoing commitment to offer our customers the highest level of online payment security possible and to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your goods, some high value items (such as headphones or music boxsets) can only be delivered to the billing address associated with your payment card.
Where products are considered to be high value items, it will be clearly indicated on each product page that they are only available for delivery to your billing address. Additionally, these products will be shipped via recorded delivery and will require the card-holder's signature to confirm receipt of goods.
Should you mistakenly place an order for a high value item and specify any address other than the billing address, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email. Should this happen, please place your order again ensuring your delivery address is consistent with the billing address as it appears on your debit/credit card statement.Back to top
The costs for shipment is based on weight, so will vary from product to product. The total cost including shipping costs will be displayed at the bottom of the Options and Payment page in the checkout process, so you will always know how much you are going to be charged before placing your order.
We offer two different shipping options for our customers:
All Express services are traceable and your tracking number will be displayed in your order confirmation email. Standard delivery parcels do not have a tracking number. Items of a particular weight or value will usually only be delivered via a tracked, express service.Back to top
There are a number of different dispatch methods and the arrival of your order will depend on the delivery method of postage you have chosen.
UK Standard items are usually received within three to five days (but can take up to 14 days). Please note: we can not deem an item as lost until 14 days after dispatch.
If you live in Europe and you have selected Standard Delivery, you will usually receive your item(s) within 3-6 business days.
If you live outside of the European Union (EU) and you have selected standard delivery, you will usually receive your item(s) within 6-10 business days.
Please note that with both European and other international standard delivery, we can not deem an item as lost until 30 days after dispatch.
Please note that items shipped using standard delivery are not on a tracked service. We would strongly recommend using an express service for any high-value items.
UK Express orders placed between Monday and Thursday are usually processed within 24 hours and dispatched the next business day. Please note that with this shipment method, a signature is required upon delivery.
International express delivery times vary by country but will take a minimum of 3 working days following dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.
If you have not received your item within these time frames, please contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you. If you still have not received your item after contacting your local sorting office, please contact our support team on email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist you.Back to top
If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please note: this service is not available for high value items as these can only be delivered to the card-holder's billing address.
You can store and manage all your addresses within your Address Book in Your Account. To do so, sign in, go to Your Account and click on the View Address Book link under Delivery Details. You can enter as many different shipping addresses as you need, and also select which one you'll use as your default shipping address.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Universal Music will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items with an incorrect shipping address.Back to top

International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes in the country of destination. Universal Music has no control over this, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding local import duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order.
