2. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE T-SHIRT

2.1    You need to purchase Beats By Dre on-ear or in-ear headphones from the selected range or the Beatbox Sound Dock in order to redeem your free t-shirt. You will need to add the eligible headphones and the t-shirt to your basket. The cost of the t-shirt will be automatically deducted from the total at checkout. The Beats Mixr (white), Wireless Bluetooth, Beatbox Portable (black and white), SuperTips range, replacement parts, bundle packages and all pre-order products are excluded from the free Beats t-shirt promotion.


3. TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS RELATING TO CLAIMING THE BEATS T-SHIRT

3.1    Your free t-shirt can only be claim at point of purchase with any eligible products. The t-shirts cannot be claimed after the transaction is complete. You cannot use your t-shirt in exchange to order products.


3.2    The t-shirts are for personal use. You must not distribute the free t-shirts.  

3.3    The Beats t-shirt is only available in one size (large).

3.4    Each eligible pair of headphones qualifies for one free t-shirt. For multiple orders of this promotion, please place separate orders for each headphones and t-shirt combination.

 

3.5   If you return your headphones in a pristine unopened condition, you also need to return the t-shirt or you will be refunded minus the value of the t-shirt £24.99 

4.    OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale from time to time in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you use your Activation Codes, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
