‘Signal Fire’ is best known for its place on the soundtrack to the blockbuster Spiderman 3 movie, and as the only single to be released from the film. The release proved a huge success, charting in the Top Five in both the UK and Ireland.

In sharp contrast to the sleek citiscapes of Spiderman’s world, ‘Signal Fire’ was recorded in the wilds of Ireland, and was originally offered to the makers of Shrek 3 who rejected it, only for it to be snapped up by the Spiderman team.
