Taken from the album Eyes Open, the romantic ballad ‘Chasing Cars’ was the track that sealed Snow Patrol’s superstardom in the States, as well as the UK. This version features a live version of the track, recorded in Toronto.

‘Chasing Cars’ became a huge US hit after the track was featured on the season finale of medical drama Grey’s Anatomy. It sold more than half a million copies in the UK alone, scored a Number Five position on the Billboard Hot 100, and is the band’s biggest hit single to date.
