As well as the full show with its 18 rocking tracks spanning the breadth of Metallica's back catalogue, the Francais Pour Une Nuit DVD also sports band interviews and videos with members of the audience. And although almost every aspect of the disc's creation is French, thanks to the band's use of French camera crews and design teams, its glossy, 16-page colour booklet is packed with shots by a Brit, esteemed music photographer Ross Halfin.
