Managing your Orders

Payment Problems

Payment for your order is taken at the times set out below:

  • For digital items, payment is taken at the time the order is completed.
  • For PayPal customers purchasing physical items, payment is taken at the time the order is made.
  • For customers purchasing physical items by credit or debit card, payment is taken when your items are dispatched from our warehouse.

For security reasons, we are unable to update or amend any card details once they have been submitted in an order. If your card expires or there is a problem with payment prior to your order being dispatched, your order will be cancelled and you will need to place it again. If you require any assistance with this, please contact Customer Services who will be happy to help.

Changing your billing address

You can change your billing address by signing into Your Account. Once you're signed in, you will see your billing address details on the left hand side of the page. To change any part of your billing address, click Edit.

Viewing your order history

To view your order history, sign into Your Account. Once signed in, you will see the View Order History option on the left hand side of the screen. Click on this link to access all your previous orders and re-download any digital purchases downloaded to your computer, up to a maximum of five times in the year following purchase.

If you chose mobile delivery at the time of purchase and no longer have the download SMS we sent you, please contact our support team on support@universal-music.co.uk or by phone on 0845 070 2036 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Tracking your order status

To track your order, sign into Your Account and click on Order History. Here, you will be able to view the progress of your orders. If you have any questions relating to the status of your order you can contact our support team on support@universal-music.co.uk or by phone on 0845 070 2036 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Cancelling your order

If you have ordered a physical product and it has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order. Please note that digital product orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel an item, sign into Your Account and navigate to Order History. Select the order in question and click Cancel from the order details page. If your item has been dispatched, please see returns and refunds, or contact customer services for information on how to return your item by emailing support@universal-music.co.uk. Back to top
